I had a great experience dining at Hủ Tiếu My Tho a hidden gem tucked inside Ben Thanh shopping center in Arlington. This Vietnamese restaurant feels incredibly homey and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal. One thing that stood out immediately was that there was no wait, even on a Saturday night, which is a huge plus. The cozy atmosphere added to the charm, though lighting is a little dark inside , which might not appeal to everyone. The food was absolutely delicious! The hủ tiếu mì was packed with flavor, and the portions were generous for the price, which was very reasonable. This is definitely one of those places where you get excellent value for your money. If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese food in a cozy and low-key setting, Hủ Tiếu Mì Thọ is worth a visit. I have been here several times.

They are have the best duck rice soup and the duck salad, I'm from Dallas but just come for that dish. Tiệm này có món cháo bitt và gỏi vịt ngon lắm tôi từ Dallas mà lại tới đây chỉ vì cháo vịt

My friend recommended me to come here for their famous dish- Hu Tieu My Tho. When I walked inside the restaurant, a wave of nostalgia swept over me when I saw the owner was wearing Ao Ba Ba, a traditional Southern Vietnamese garment welcomed customers. Hu Tieu is a Vietnamese popular breakfast noodle dish in Southern Vietnam and can be served as a soup or dry. But, if you don't like Hu Tieu, they also have Pho, Rice porridge , Rice plate, vermicelli; you name it, they got it. Also a long list of appetizers and beverages. We ordered a bowl of Hu tieu Ca (Rice noodles Fish soup), Hu Tieu My Tho (clear noodles, dry version, served along side with hot bowl of savory pork broth),egg rolls and grilled pork. Imo, they serve authentic and comforting Hu Tieu bowls. I really loved the toppings - pork, pork liver and seafood was cooked perfectly, and broth was very tasty. I liked to add pickle garlic and jalapeños to give it a kick. Our orders came out within 5-10 minutes. Keep in mind they will charge a fee if you pay by card. Service was friendly. I"ll definitely come back next time visiting Dallas.

Service was fast since they only had a few customers dining in. Staff were always attentive and attention to detail was spectacular. Saw a couple walk in with a small child and without being told, they grabbed a child booster seat. Disinfected the seat and got them settled in. Unsweet Jasmine iced tea was fabulous. The spring rolls with grilled shrimp were on point. Short ribs with rice was a good portion size. After I was done I got a jasmine tea to go on the house. Place is clean and well maintained, this is the only place I trust to eat in this shopping area. I have no complaints here. Great experience all around.

Honestly one of the better Vietnamese restaurants in Arlington. Each dish is pretty solid and the place is pretty clean. I recommend trying their hu tieu dry or soup version. The broth has a clean taste and you get to choose what noodle you would like! My parents like their thit nuong (grilled beef) it's pretty tender and has that smokey char taste. Service is decent, it's family owned so have a lot of patience! But the food comes out fast. Recommend if you are craving a Vietnamese dish

DFW, Texas Best combo for today!! When it is cold, you just want the hot fish in clay pot and sweet and sour soup to warm your soul. 1. Vietnamese Caramelized cat fish in a lay pot (aka cá kho tộ): a savory sweet tender fish cooked in a clay pot with a kick of spicy from chili and black pepper served with hot steam rice. Here, they cook with crunchy pork belly which made the dish more rich and of course delicious 5/5 2. Vietnamese sweet and sour soup (aka canh chua): the sour of tamarind with the sweetness of fish and ton of different ingredients like tomato , pineapple , okra, elephant ear and various of herbs. Get some fish sauce and chilli to dip the fish in 5/5 They are born for each other. The two popular dishes that are served together in most of the meals in Vietnam. Of course, hot steam rice can't be miss. Hu Tieu My Tho is located in Cho Ben Thanh markert in Arlington, Tx, right outside the food court entrance serving up delicious bowls of noodle soup! We came in on a weekend, and it was fairly packed but managed to find a seat. We were presented our menus to order, and they took our drink orders as well when we sat down. The food served here is based off of there hu tieu broth, so we couldn't resist not ordering anything other than hu tieu! We went ahead and ordered the mi hoanh Thanh, which is a wonton noodle soup with egg noodles and wonton dumplings. We also ordered the udon noodles with pork and shrimp, and hu tieu my tho, which was a dry noodle dish with a broth. Everything was excellent and tasted phenomenal, and I couldn't get enough of slurping the tasty soup! They were garnished nice with green onions and chives, and the shrimp was as sweet as ever as if it was caught directly from the ocean. Customer service needed some help as we got a young lady as a waitress who had an attitude with us when asking about a food item from the menu. I'm guessing apparently she wasn't too fond and knowledgeable on the items listed on the menu, but other than that, everything was great. They will charge a 4% fee on any credit / debit card fees on all orders, so in other words, cash is king! Overall, it was a great noodle soup spot, and I'm looking forward to going back to try other dishes such as their pho, bun rieu, and appetizers.

My initial thought about my fish dish was why it wasn't sizzling in the pot. When I ate the first bite it was really good. The fish was so soft and fatty at the same time. It was topped off with pork rinds. Yummy! It wasn't too salty or sweet. It was just perfect with the rice. The rice dish did not come close to the fish meal. The pork chop was a bit dry. Every thing about it was mediocre. Definitely come here for the Ca kho.
